Reporting this here since I'm not seeing it's own thread on it, but there are three separate threads over on Reddit.
Mizora is currently bugged in Act 3 preventing progress on Wyll's questline. Keeps repeating the same dialogue directing the player to speak with Gortash, no matter if you have seen his scene and how many times you have spoken with him after.
