Mixed dialogues/flags firing wrong strings. Examples:
- After freeing SH parents when Tav talks to the companions about the event Astarion says to Tav: "Enjoy your life with permanent pain", as if addressing SH.
- Wyll, who refused to give up his soul for his father, in the dialogue with him after the Iron Throne referred to as if he did sacrifice his soul. "You gave up your soul for me!" + description in minds-link.
- After saving Gondian families in the Iron Throne and informing Gondians in the Steel Watch Foundry about it, Toobin thanks you, yet, moments later, before the explosion is set, he suddenly cries that everyone is dead and later informs Woobren he is the only one left and Gondians are no more.
I am sure there is more, but the point is - flags got wild.
