I unlocked Freecast on my main character only to discover that it is a one-time-only use (similar to Divine Intervention). After using once to cast a spell for no cost, it grayed out and became unusable *forever*. The tooltip says it is supposed to refresh after a long rest. It does not. It never refreshes at all. Clearly not working as intended.
