I'm not sure what's happening. I asked Shadowheart to stay in camp so I could briefly use Astarion.

Shadowheart had a very full inventory.

The *only* thing that transferred over to me were a few keys. Nothing else. No bags, no keybag, just the keys. No weapons or items, nothing. Just the few keys; there were three or four of them.
