Found the first real glitch in the game for me on my second play through. Wyll's portrait is just a black square for some reason. Everything was fine, did a level up and the portrait was gone. Anyone else seen this and is there a fix?

Yes but it’s always the bottom pic. Happens with swapping at camp. Been a bug for a bit (for me)

Reloading should fix it.
When this happens, usually some other things are not displayed as well, such as poison clouds.
For me it happened with Astarion and Shadowheart.
