2. A running commentary on all the meals! They've provided us with such a spread here, why not, break bread and brew with some sort of ale horn.
3. A Belt - so he can hang his ale horn from it! Along with the various hammers of different sizes - from sledge to tuning! Ready with the sides!

So I could definitely see some advantages to having a Dwarven companion who can go either way in terms of the general alignment, but I think a fun option there might be some sort of cursed treasure that he just can't resist. You know, like maybe he doesn't really care about what's inside the Prism per se, but once he sees the Astral pewter used in the casing itself, he's willing to do whatever it takes to keep that in reach!
I mean what's the point of finding a dragon's horde somewhere, if you can't argue with the Dwarves about who gets what???
Also, when it came to the legends about the Orbs of Dragonkind, I always thought the Dwarven version sounded the most plausible hehehe
