Just had Astarions romance scene. Both characters were in underwear even though nudity is set to on in settings. The scene was also shortened from the one I had in a previous playthrough. This has only happened since patch 3.

Same happens for SH in my second playthrough. Dunno if it's patch #3 or hotfix #7

Had the same issue, even double checked settings and replayed the scene. I also noticed that for the initial kiss of the scene, he glomped Tav's nose rather than her lips. Seems the underwear bug has thrown off alignment somehow.

This just happened to me in my game and I have no idea why. Did anyone find a solution?
It doesn't just happen with Astarion. It happens with all the moments of nudity in romances.

Confirmed from my SH second playthrough. Now, in contrast, the Minthara romance at the 'burn the grove' after party...was quite spectacular! Cheers to the Devs for that one but whoever worked on Shadowprude, I mean heart, needs to do some internet "research"...
