Found something else to add today as well.
Ascended Astarion, at the start of the ending scene of his quest, when he is talking, mocap is not mocaping again. (only a few first lines of his dialogue). Then the scene where he turns you into his spawn starts and it's completely broken. All animations are broken. All of them.
I had something similar, but this was before patch 3. The spawn scene was completely borked. The initial conversation while still in camp is ok, but when the actual steamy part starts, the screen goes black for the entire time, no words, no conversation, nothing. Posted about it here a while back but got no replies that anyone had similar issues with that scene.
