I miss Daisy, she was clearly something more. The Emperor simply has no need to show us a burning BG....
Even worse is that the interaction with him is not completed.
There is a scene where there could be: a hot scene/neutral communication/or the disclosure of some details about his past “ally”. After these rather important choices, his character does not change at all, nor does your relationship/dialogue.
