Ready!?

1. Gravel in the voice! Something that says he's probably pushed that cart up some rocky pathways in his day

2. A running commentary on all the meals! They've provided us with such a spread here, why not, break bread and brew with some sort of ale horn.

3. A Belt - so he can hang his ale horn from it! Along with the various hammers of different sizes - from sledge to tuning! Ready with the sides!

heheh

There we go, a character that practically writes itself!

Hehe I mean right!!!

Also not related, but sorta related, I just found this one at the bottom of the tin!!!

A tiny Durge!

So I could definitely see some advantages to having a Dwarven companion who can go either way in terms of the general alignment, but I think a fun option there might be some sort of cursed treasure that he just can't resist. You know, like maybe he doesn't really care about what's inside the Prism per se, but once he sees the Astral pewter used in the casing itself, he's willing to do whatever it takes to keep that in reach!

I mean what's the point of finding a dragon's horde somewhere, if you can't argue with the Dwarves about who gets what???

Also, when it came to the legends about the Orbs of Dragonkind, I always thought the Dwarven version sounded the most plausible hehehe

So you want him voiced by Steve Blum aka Wolverine.

Uhhh yes? I mean, YES that is a 100% accurate statement lol

Oh my goodness! Could you even imagine how many Dwarves would instantly crop up if they somehow managed that casting call?! Like glowing mushrooms in the Underdark probably!!! hehe. I mean if they somehow landed a be bop zeb!? I could get behind that in a heartbeat.

I actually remember he did a Talking Voices interview where he just said the most heartwarming stuff you've ever towards the end. Like I think the question was something along the lines of "what do you like best about your job" and he takes the opportunity to talk about meeting people at comic cons who are dealing with pain or grief and loss, that sort of stuff. This is like well well before the pandemic when everyone kinda turned inward. Here now I gotta dig that up. I'll stick it the spoiler so it doesn't take up the entire space, though that one does probably deserve the full frame!

Total class act right there, I mean that would be an incredible voice to add to the choir. Thing is, they probably have a lot of telemetry describing the choices people make in char creation for the various Tavs and Durges, but probably not as much when it comes to the 'why' there if there are notable absentees. What I mean is that, although they might have stats showing that almost nobody plays as a shorty, and so they think 'well, no big deal' they won't be missed' but you'd really need to look at feedback to figure out the why. More voice sets, particularly for the Dwarves, has been a top request from early days. I think a solid companion could go a long way to lifting it up a bit.

Also, when it comes to the visualization for beards, I think the hair physics would be a lot of fun. There are so many cutscenes, like when you first meet Lae'zel where wind could be blowing, or like when they dash, or just in char creation to really mine that stuff. I'm just going leave this here, but the sorts of dynamics for hair that we saw in this flick right here...

Like the talking skeleton who "can remember" some clutch callbacks on this score, and yeah, I just don't see how it could fail!

The full Stoneclever! So many hammers banging at once. Even the google doodle today is talking about "Flow"
Tap into that heheheh
