bard is trash in this game
Why, even purely in regards to combat abilities I have no complaints about Bard.
The only pure spellcaster who may get a second attack. Also wear medium armor and even use shields.
Strong crowd control and support spells, including healing if you want to save on potions.
Strong disruption abilities, too. My build doubles down on that by going for College of Lore and Lucky.
All in all Bards gets pretty close to the specialists.
