Had a 12 hour game get completely nuked by the silence bug, looks like it's been in the game since before final release.
Summary:
No character can interact with any other npc or pc
None of the camp menu buttons work
The bug ruined previous saves, so reloads to earlier points don't work
All solutions failed:
Casting silence then walking in and out didn't fix it
Killing and reviving tav didn't fix it
Downloaded a respec mod to see if wild shape could fix it, it didn't
Fast traveling from place to place didn't fix it
This is both deeply frustrating and disappointing.
