Honestly when I first met Marcus, I thought he was Isobel's BF, The cutscene kind of came off as a lover's quarrel at least to me, my Tav was like "do I need to leave the room or something?"
I get what you mean, I also thought there was chemestry bettween them. Almost tought Isobel would ask us to avenge who corrupted her BF's.
Looking back at the scene if he hadn't quickly started with his Spiel about the abosolute she could have shouted "No Marcus, No means no!" and it still would have worked.
