Gale's Act 2 scene really bothers me as it's clear he doesn't wanna be alone, and as a friend I should be able to say I'll stay with him without fear of him thinking something more will happen between us and leading him on.
There’s clearly a bunch of things that are wobbly about romance triggers, so I’d not be confident that what happened to me would happen to you. But I didn’t have a romance with Gale and sat with him, and he didn’t hit on me afterwards. In fact, he said some very heartwarming stuff about our friendship.
