Just came here to say, I've been having the same problem all afternoon — on both PS5 and Mac. Can't progress at all since all travel forces me back to a camp cutscene with Voss, which seems to be the thing triggering the can't-leave-camp-without-crashing problem. Hope there's a fix soon
I suggest starting up the launcher and clicking send a bug report at the top of the launcher, the more information the devs have the better. They will send you an email asking what they require and how to get those things (Mac as well)
Since I'm on PC I had to send my CrashDump file DxDiag and my latest saves.
For anyone else suffering the same issue I suggest doing the same, as already mentioned, the more they know the better and the quicker it gets fixed.
