Isobel does talk about how secretive she had to be at Last Light because she's a Thorm. The Thorms in Reithwyn are known to some as Kethric's elite. Tarnished by a broad brush.
Yeah, there's some familiarity between Isobel and Marcus. Maybe confidant, maybe go nowhere romance.
Certainly his new wings are a surprise.
[Edit]I doubt Isobel mentioned Aylin much, that'd reveal she's that Thorm daughter from long ago.
