I've noticed most Inspiration don't grant any sort of Approval ... Yes I know you get a Reroll and some Exp but it's a little weird that you just Inspired your Companion by doing something they thought was cool enough to get Inspiration but they don't get like a minor +1 Approval ... of course I would love a like +4 Approval for the Companion you Inspired but that might be a bit too over the top with it.

Now that you've said it I'm surprised it doesn't grant Approval as well, it seems like an obvious thing that should happen. It makes sense for someone like Wyll to get Approval from Inspiration with his Folk Hero Background. I'd take a simple +1 but with how easy it is to gain approval Larian probably didn't think it was necessary.

Well I thought they did already get Approval till I started another new play through and found it doesn't.
