Through the door in the west of the basement and over in the west corner is a hole with a tile lifted. When i first walked in i accidentally clicked on the hole and down i went! <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/laugh.gif" alt="" /> Not knowing where i was and also being a little low on Vitality and Mana i came back upstairs and now no matter what i do i cant go back down through the hole!<img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/mad.gif" alt="" /> Did i find the 'Twilight Zone' or am i missing something! <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/frown.gif" alt="" />

That happened to me too in one game, right after I'd moved all of my stuff in there as an interim base before cleaning out the imp's castle. Fortunately I'd left one of my pyramids down there and so was able to retrieve all my stuff. But only in that one game. I don't know what the deal is there, but I know that the Kaa Gent scroll is not something you will use in the game.

Yes, Purple, these are runes - Ultima runes but a bit modified. If the old Forum works again, I could find the link Hellfighter had posted to a site where you could decipher. I did it the old way: Ultima Manual...
