If I play Barbarian, I won't have more funny dialogues that a charisma character. No?
As I suggest, you can play whatever you like and hire whatever you need. I like Cha toons and for dialogue Bard is great. You have many options with Bard.
The other consideration though is that Durge is rewarded for full psycho including the best cloak in the game only available to Durge in Act 1, but as I said, you can do it any way you like, there is no best.
