I have the same situation, in both my passes for Dark Urge, the maximum dialog I could get is when she tried to get into my mind and understand who she is to me. And in the first playthrough I cut the grove, and in the second I saved it. I did not even know that Minthara has a reaction to twins and all this other stuff, I thought the developers just did not do it all, and this is just another bug.
