Hey I was wondering if anyone else was encountering this issue and have found a solution? I'm playing a level 12 enchanter, and when I try to use split enchantment with Dominate Person, it still only ever works on one person even if both people fail the saving throw. Is this intended? Kind of sucks if its a bug cuz it really hurts one of Enchanters most powerful abilities. All the other split enchantments seem to work fine.
