i have another question which isnt necessary about discussing the endings, its more about the lore/roleplay in terms of the "return to Avernus"-ending.
a little background: im almost finished with my evil Dar Urge solo run and for my nextrun i want to play with only one companion (basicly Duo Tactician). i decided to pick Karlach and aim for the "return to Avernus"-ending (imo the currently best ending).
while thinking about which class i should pick, i came up with the question (which is the reson for this post):
"Which class would be a good choice to assist Karlach in Avernus?" i want to say, that i dont know very much about dnd lore, spontanous i would say paladin or cleric?
as a player, i hope not, since i played too many of them already
as a quick bonus question: are their any benefits/advantages for a redeemend Dark Urge (choosing the good path)?
since they were 1) a bhaalspawn and 2) not giving birth to, instead they were created by bhaals blood directly; if i understood the story correctly
