I simply must speak for a vast number of us players for which the game is NOT TOO EASY. Many of us that love this game with all of our hearts are NOT GAMERS. That would include me. I am on the easiest level and and HOPING that I will actually be able to "beat" this game. I realize that for actual gamers that this is too easy for them. But please don't forget those of us that simply do not posses the same skill level as those that have such superior skills compared to folks like me. I will attempt "balanced" difficulty IF I can beat this level. There are battles that I have had to play multiple times to finally defeat the opponents. That also follows looking up info on the internet to seek some helpful advice.
I cannot thank Larian enough for making this new Baldur's Gate version. I was a BG1 player when it was brand new. The very first game that I actually paid money for. Don't mistake that I am a young person. ATM I am 61 years old. Have spent countless thousands of hours playing video games. I have 2 sons. Once they reached a certain age I could no longer compete with their skills. Just a simple fact that I have to accept that I am not great at playing video games. This is one that that was worth waiting for! Thank you thank you thank you Larian.
If you could calm down the sexual advances that would be wonderful. Not requesting to remove romancing just back off the aggressiveness of the likes of Astarion, Gale and Halsin. My goodness - how many times must I rebuff their advances. And the Emperor? What could I have possibly done to lead him on? Just being a nice and comforting person is more than enough to have him all excited. Hints that answers will promote romance would not be asking for too much. Remember that we are limited to the answers that you provide us. Not what we would prefer to respond with. So romance yes, such aggression - please turn it down a bit. Thanks.
