I found the necklace & talked to Jonah.
Then gave the necklace to Balin & received the experience.
Then I killed Balin and took back the necklace, I was going to give it to
Jonah to see if I could get experience again.
When I got back to his house he was gone, all I found outside was a shield
and a pile of gold.
Any one know where he went.
At this point in my journal the necklace quest is completed and
nothing shows as "failed"
