Character customisation: The character creator doesn't let you customise your character much and it would be nice to add more heads, bodies, beast sizes, hairstyles and voices.
Act 3: Being able to visit High Town and complete quest there.
Companions: Some companions don't have content enough and it would be nice to have additional content for them, such as more content for Minthara and Wyll. Also, Karlach needs a happy ending.
