To anyone else who received it; get ready to make a claim, to have parts, if not all, of your CE replaced.
Any time I've had a new CE box stopped for a random search at Customs, it was gutted, treated poorly (IE: damaged) and not packed properly afterwards.
Looks like Larian didn't work with the US before shipping. For that mistake, I hope Larian has a bunch of extra stock to replace these....
