@Ardeus I hate that you had to waste time on that exercise. With newer bugs it's easier to rule things out and use what's left as a root cause. I would say based on this evidence and others who are posting here and on reddit, aye it's probably a prescient patch issue and not linked to a trigger event in anyone's playthrough. PS5 and PC/MAC users have reported this, modded and unmodded (with PS5 obviously so). Most unfortunate. For giggles (as a PC user) I went back 70 saves or so and found the same issue in Grymforge even though I didn't when I went through initially.
