Generally I'd agree that more customization is a good idea, and that something like that is a typical customization option. The problem is that in this game, having a blind eye isn't just a cosmetic thing. It affects several interactions, and impacts whether a character can get some buffs/debuffs. There are also a couple ways of getting a blind eye when a character doesn't start with one. Wyll starts with a blind eye, and is actually locked out of a couple things because of it. Maybe they could implement starting with a blind eye, but it couldn't be a simple cosmetic choice.
