While you might hope for another option, these are actually pretty solid from a lore/story point of view. I appreciate others want a different ending but there is a point to where it just gets untenable. I mean how many different endings should they create? There is no way to please everyone so you do what you can and that is all you can do.

Yes you are completely right that she has 3 various endings. But the main issue in this whole thread is, that her whole story in act 3 feels incomplete.
How her quest could be marked as completed with note "We did everything we could to save Karlach" when we didn't try a single thing to fix her. On every corner in act3 there is a hint that you should be able to fix her engine, but you can't, because the game didn't let you. You have inventory full of items to this exact purpose, you saved gondians - and they tell you they have better version of her engine and so on. But everything feels like parts of her story were removed before the release very quickly also with the possibility to save her.

so this is not about please everyone, but to return something what was I'm almost sure already in the game
