I have a Mac book Air M2. After the last patch I find that mouse clicks stop registering in the middle of combat. So I am unable to play.
When you launch BG3 there is a setting called Precise Mouse Tracking. Try clicking that it might solve your problem. Unfortunately it did not work for my issue.
