Oye, that's not just Dark Urge issues. Act 3 in itself has issues, lacking in the form of romance content, origin companion content, glitches and Dark Urge related content. All in the favor of Jaheira content, Minsc content, and sidequests that were entertaining the first time around but leave little room for replayability.
I romanced Shadowheart in my Dark Urge playthrough and every single Dark Urge related interaction ignored the romance trigger. Worse still, half of them were clearly meant for a negative approval situation with her, where she just insulted me.
