Irl people with dwarfism exist y'know. And surprise surprise when they reach adulthood they do want to have romantic relationships like the rest of us... so the argument about 'childlike features' while valid, still sounds kinda iffy to me.
Whenever I think of small races and romances my mind is faaaaaaaaaaaaaaaar away from comparing that to children, y'know?
