Astarion's scene that triggers during long rest after finishing his quest without ascension is messed up as well, at least since patch 3 (cant speak of earlier since I only got to it after patch 3 release). His model seems to not load correctly so the game supplies the default one with his starting armor and there's no animation during the first few lines aside from his eyes going crazy.
The phrases he says when I start a dialogue with him also seem to be extremely limited after the last hotfix.
