Same here. I don't know what they are fixing in those patches but the cinematic bugs get worse with every patch/hotfix for me. As a matter of fact I didn't have ANY problems at all before patch 3.
I had to roll back to prepatch 3. I don't have any quest bugs or performance problems, but the visual glitches are just killing the gameplay for me.
Here's fingers crossed that they can fix it all in the next patch.
