So I went to the circus and took in the clown show resulting in
a moderate body count and at least one traumatized child, after which I headed to camp for the night. Vlaakith dropped by, a rather emotional scene with Lae'zel ensued, Astarion made his usual snarky comments, Jaheira throws up her hands in resignation, Minthara declares the whole thing childish, Shadowheart suggests that I meet her on the beach for you-know-what, aaand...
...Gale starts blathering about a contract I signed�apparently with Raphael�risking the Netherese Crown falling into the devil's hands, and something about a hammer, and how we need to head to the bookstore.
I have no idea what he's on about. Last I saw Raphael, it was after the episode with the Orthon.
Assuming that some flag must have glitched prompting Gale to talk about stuff that hasn't actually happened yet, I reloaded an earlier save from the circus bit, and initiated long rest once more�with the same result.
Is my game now irreversibly screwed for some (dare I say arcane?) reason, or is this a harmless glitch?
