You have to go through the strong curse to moonrise towers. There you can find another moon lantern.
To get there alive, you shoold look for the shortest route, try to get necrotic resistance, activate turn based mode and have your fastest character run to moonrise towers. It helps a lot if the characters who stay behind cast spells like haste and fly on the runner.
Once you discovered the teleport, the rest of your party can join your runner.
