Is the 50 saves limit per campaign or per user? If I reach the 50 saves limit, does it start saving over the same campaign or whatever save is oldest?

I have 2 simultaneous campaigns going on, one for my solo playthrough, which I play often, and another one with my friends on multiplayer mode, which we only play a few hours per week.

I'm on GeForce Now and after playing 100 hours across those two campaigns, the game stopped loading on my account. I reached out to NVidia support and they promised to look into it, but today I was trying to load the game locally without GeForce Now and noticed the whole multiplayer campaign simply disappeared from my cloud saves.

Now I'm wondering if this was because of the GeForce error, or if the game erased my saves from the other campaign, which were older, when I reached the 50 saves limit?
