I don't use potions because I just can't be bothered. Scrolls I just give to companions to use if they feel like it. (I use an AI mod because I hate tactical combat games.)
I also use a mod to give everyone a set of pretty high powered clothes to wear throughout the entire game because I can't be bothered to go loot hunting. If I wanted that, I'd play an MMO (which I do).
And I have learned to accept failed dice rolls because, in this game, sometimes the failures are more entertaining than the successes!
