Yeah they've been doing a lot of work just to get her romance flag functioning properly, interactions beyond that are either still in need of fixing or don't exist to begin with. There are a LOT of dialogues and reactivity with her that do exist in the files but much of it was intentionally cut and much of it just doesn't fire properly. Like the conversation to confirm the romance in Act 2 or 3 where she says you're hers that night is just an implication, the only scene that exists is the one you can pursue at the Goblin Party. Hotfix 9 also added a brand new bug where any time you gain Approval after reaching Very High approval, she bugs out and thinks you've cheated on her. It would be funny if her dialogue bugs hadn't already been omnipresent since launch.
The best that can be done currently is a debug mod to re-flag her romance after the bug happens but editing your save file that way obviously poses a little more risk than some mods.
Oh, there’s a whole new bug? Thank you for the heads up. Everything seems to be fine for me so far, but I ended up submitting a bug report to bring it to their attention. I suppose we don’t really have a way of knowing if the lack of options are due to a bug or it never existed at all - I strongly hope it’s the former because they seem to be focusing on fixing bugs more than anything else right now.
It’s really a shame that a lot of lines were cut, I just recently discovered most of them pertain to banter with other companions if Minthara is romanced. In terms of cut content, I would want those to be added first instead of the pregnancy plot they initially planned. Maybe it’s because I’m a woman but it’s just not that appealing to me, and there are other more interesting things that can be expanded upon like her connection to Lolth and being a Baenre (which is
supposed to be a huge deal). On a lighter note, I find it funny how she's become my favorite companion even in her current buggy state.
Well. Last hotfix actually fixed her romance (drow twins, final dialogue etc.) or its just worked for me (there was a bug when she thought I cheated but romance continued normally). There is now some different lines with her during others dialogues in act 3 (for example with dryad in circus) but nothing more. You can get kiss at final moments (end of game). Definitely some dialogues are still missing like "alurlssrin" (I missed it probably because of male drow tav but it would be strange if it is like that). That's all. Deffinetely lack of interaction during romance. So just be ready to "You wish to consult me?" most of the time. And hope for returning cut content.
Okay, so I'll either to have to get used to her being my consultant for the remainder of Act 3 or I pause my run and wait until Larian fixes her
I hope that
alurlssrin dialogue isn't locked away from drows too, that would be a bummer. Fingers crossed they change or add something to her in the next patch.
