This is a long game, if you are getting frustrated just take a break and come back. I spent 80 hours just in act 1 & got burnt out a quarter into act 2. Been a bit personally and starting to get the urge to continue.
I personally take my time and try to find stuff on my own if I miss it I miss it no big. If you like googling you do you.
