Luckily I didn’t get any banter like that in my playthrough! His banter with Gale that I got was fine.
You won't trigger it at least in current patch. Even though chimera banter is voiced and present in game files it is not programed to be triggered. But it reveals the themes writers were pursuing with Halsin.
