If it were me I would load an earlier save. But if you are opposed to my save scumming ways I would go to prison in anticipation of a fair trial and when none emerges say a prayer to Tyr, say you would have stood in the dock but fair court emerged making your imprisonment an unlawful act. Then escape from your unlawful imprisonment.
