Clipping is a bugbear of mine, so I’d be happy to be able to hide cloaks.
Though I don’t mind the cloaks nearly as much as hair clipping through ears and faces. I find most of my favourite hairstyles unusable on lots of races (and not just ones with pointy ears) because of this.
I totally agree about the hair styles, there are some, you seem to only be able to use on a human (even on smalelr races with normal ears, like halfling and dwarves, they clip)
And yes, it would be great, if we could hide cloaks like helmets. I'm not a fan of cloaks (and if you have seen or read Watchman, you might get weary too), especially not on melee fighting classes. There is a reason, Jedi will get rid of their cloaks, when they fight
