Aimed more at monks, but the +2 to saving throws is good for robed casters who use concentration spells. However, those might well want the Rain Dancer staff from Arron, which lets you can cast create/destroy water once per short rest, giving you a spell to double up your electro/cryo damage. Or you can give this to Shadowheart, so she can create water for Gale to take advantage of without eating up a spell slot.
