In the blurb about the Drow Hireling we have that (words to the effect) he wrote poetry extolling leafy boughs, bushels and virtues of the Noble Hedgehog.
I know that a bushel is a measure of weight/volume used for farm produce - but I don't understand it's use in this context.

From the context I assume it's supposed to be bushes.

I also suspect a typo/autocorrrect. Nevertheless this had been carried over into the Polish translation.

I suspect this is a reference to Isaiah Berlin's book, "The Fox and the Hedgehog", which in turn leads to writings by Rousseau and Tolstoy. It may be that the "leafy boughs" and "bushels" are the hallmarks of the Noble Peasant, the Hedgehog, who embodies a narrow but wholesome and satisfying view of reality and virtue, versus the Fox, who represents complex civilization and belief that there are many underlying aspects of reality.

Breathe deep the Mists of the Unknowing. If all things that could ever exist are within this universe, then the full nature of reality cannot be unraveled by its residents. And so we are blessed to wonder.
