The Boat Stuff is actually in the Wrong Place Since 3.0 came out i already made 7 runs of this game i can confirmed it..
but this bug yu told i never saw.....
yu try get closer to the Rock to even see if he will interact with yu asking for help ?
becouse theres a scene showing the inside if yu conect with the tadpole but the way yu told i never saw this bug like he was never there.. weird.
Or just Try to Force it out Blow up the Thing and see if he will show up anyway..
if yu dont have the powder yu can get at least 10 barrils of black powder in goblin camp but i advice cleaning up the place before its easy to find then all.
yu can find 2 of then easy outside the Shars stuff next to the elevator for act 2 just find the door and go to the end of the hallway yu will have to pass a check to find the secret room inside have 2 or 3 of the small black powder..
