Kagha because she gets a journey of redemption which makes more sense than having Halsin
Alfira because bard (I heard Larian hates bards, but I have no idea why)
Zevlor because you can get another paladin companion if you dont get Minthara
Helia (datamined scrapped companion, so I don't know if this counts) because, again bard, and we don't have any short companions for some reason
