It did not spawn for me. The bad man is dead and none of his loot spawned he is empty. (On his body i see his armor and sword) Hours and hours of progress gone because of one stupid item now I cannot finish the game. After I killed him, I left thinking nothing of it at the time only to find a locked door hours later. Then I read about it and others having issues I cannot open the door without it.
