You could I guess start with Rogue, get 2 hand crossbows and you will have 2 attacks at lvl 1, then at lvl 3 pick thief and now you have 3 shots .
Or monk as you get 2 attacks lvl 1 and at 4 get tavern brawler and start killing everyone with a hill giant strength potion that you can buy 3 from Ethel .
