Eh. Best to email supportbg3@larian.com in that case, getting into arguments here will do no good for anyone. The US isn't a shipping company anyway and can't be worked with in that regard - it's a country. Larian typically uses FedEX as a vendor at least in EU and which ever partner ships overseas - possibly FedEx too I wouldn't know - but it's the shipping company that handles handovers, and countries have their own different import/export laws and regulations, that aren't "to be worked with", as pleasant as that sounds in a perfect world.
Here in norway it's very common for packages to be either scanned or opened depending on however their determining factors work to decide as such. That's not on Larian, nor Norway as a country.
